* Adapt hacks to new config system
* Use distinct mkspec mingw-w64-g++ rather than
patching the existing win32-g++
* Testing QML and ANGLE is on TODO list
because it hasn't been tested since quite a time
- Some modules contain executables to run on the host
and hence mustn't have the architecture 'any'.
- Host tools in modules are stripped now
- Missing mfence in Atomic.h (header of WTF) is fixed
in a more appropriate way
