sync makepkg.conf with the pacman 6.0.0-3 package
The only effective difference is that -Wp,-D_GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS is now only defined for CXXFLAGS as of pacman 6.0.0-1 Signed-off-by: Levente Polyak <anthraxx@archlinux.org>
