Martchus babb75a205 Attempt to link statically against Qt 
Linking statically against Qt with CMake still doesn't work. Seems like
there is still some work to do on the Qt side. Patches from MSYS2 might
help.

  using the Qt resource system

  icon themes using the Qt resource system
