Ignore "Forbidden" errors shortly after Syncthing start

Not sure why I'm getting

one one of my setups but this kind of error can likely be ignored shortly

Avoid relying on symlink for include directories

Symlinks aren't working very well with Git under Windows so better avoid
them.
