Reverted some code from version 7.0 but keeping all the good parts.
...
deleted the cmake options: WITH_FLUIDSYNTH, WITH_TIMIDITY, USE_TIMIDITY, USE_FLUIDSYNTH, USE_SYSTEM_RTMIDI
Removed the runtime Depends: timidity and nolong longer recommends jack2.
Removed the Build-Depends: librtmidi-dev
Reverted the help and about urls in the app to point to http://pianobooster.sourceforge.net/

Translation can now be tested in-place without do a make install.
...
Removed video options now defaulting to none.
Changed USE_FLUIDSYNTH to EXPERIMENTAL_USE_FLUIDSYNTH as this option is not working yet
Fixed a problem that prevented a midi keyboard connection from working.
moved the colour coded notes to the preferences dialogue.
cmake with no options now works correctly.
