Update vlc-nightly
...
Tested with negative result. Taking also the WIP changes to the UI into account
it is likely best to stop maintainance of that package and use the latest release.

Sync vlc-nightly with AUR version preserving slight differences
...
* Don't enable libfdk_aac to be able to distribute binary
* Keep all configure options which differ from the regular vlc package
at the end to ease keeping track of them
* Do the same for dependencies
* Remove obsolete maintainer note

Import vlc-nightly from AUR and fix mistakes
...
* Add qt5-svg to dependencies; otherwise I will not be able to build Qt GUI at all
* Prevent using SVGs which doesn't exist
* Fix indentation (standard for Arch packages is 2 spaces)
* Make use of prepare() function
